Solution: Online technical assistance tracking & reporting

This training and technical assistance tracking system allows technical assistance and training providers with a “case management” approach to requests for technical assistance, and provides a place for staff to enter a description, activities, participants/contacts and outcomes of each request. In addition, it provides the capability to keep track of the total number of on-site T/TA days for each TA requestor if such tracking is required. Staff are able to add contact information, update contacts, and export contact information to MS Excel for mailings and desktop needs. The system contains an extensive reporting module that allows with a means of monitoring T/TA provided.
